Immune Boosting Cuppa

I haven't drunk tea or coffee for a long time but I still like to have a warm drink, especially on these cold winter afternoons during lockdown. Talking of which, isn't now the time to support our immune systems more than ever, take control of our own health and build natural immunity for ourselves? There is no quick fix for that, but so many easy lifestyle changes we can implement as a step in the right direction, this drink being one of them. It combines the immune boosting benefits of Chaga (a medicinal mushroom) and tumeric as well as a hit of antioxidants from raw cacao powder. It may look a little oily on top, but this is just the half tsp of organic grass fed ghee I stirred in at the end for a little extra energy and some fat soluble vitamins.

1/2 tsp raw cacao powder

1/2 tsp grass fed ghee

1 drop DoTerras tumeric essential oil or 1/4 tsp tumeric powder

2 drops liquid stevia


Put all ingredients in a cup, pour over hot water, stir and enjoy!
