Citrus Chia Pudding


Perfect as a breakfast alternative to traditional porridge or even as a snack or dessert, this take on chia pudding is dairy, gluten and sugar free and includes the antioxidant properties of tangerine essential oil. When using essential oils in recipes, always use pure therapeutic grade essential oils.


3-4 tbs chia seeds

1 tbs flaxseeds

1-2 tbs gf oats, millet or quinoa flakes (omit if grain free. Coconut flakes could be used instead)

1 tbs other seeds such as pumpkin, sesame or sunflower seeds

1/4 cup organic apple juice

1 cup nut milk - e.g. almond, cashew or coconut milk

1-2 drops DoTERRA tangerine essential oil

3-4 drops of liquid stevia


Place all ingredients in a glass jar, stir well and leave to thicken up ideally overnight or for at least 20 minutes.
